Scheduled Building Valuations

                        We routinely include this issue in the Notice of Agenda for Annual General Meeting under 
                        "insurance".  We recommend that a valuation be obtained at least every 3 (three) years in 
                        order to ensure that suitable insurance is being sought for the most up to date building 
                        valuation.

                        If agreed to at the AGM, we schedule this valuation for 2 months prior to the date of insurance 
                        renewal, and request our Insurance Brokers to seek insurance quotations with respect to the new 
                        valuation and Council of Owner instructions.
