At Jodoko Strata Management, we undertake to attend the complex physically at least twice a year to
conduct a common area inspection - though for larger complexes, it makes sense that we may need to
visit much more frequently to keep an eye on things.
We are also happy to attend at any other time an invitation is extended to look at particular issues
of concern, or if there has been an incident that requires photographing or investigating for insurance
purposes. We are also happy to attend to provide access to contractors; valuers or real estate agents
(in the event that one of the owners is selling).
