At Jodoko Strata Management, we acknowledge that the best way to ensure compliance with By-Laws is through education. Many who have not previously lived in Strata complexes (such as tenants or first time Strata owners) may not have a practical understanding of the consequences of their actions when living in a Strata, and we therefore seek to interact with both property managers and resident owners with a view to a positive outcome for everyone. We are approachable, friendly and always looking to leave you feeling that your requirements are being met, and that you've had a positive experience with us. We understand that living in a Strata complex requires occupants becoming aware of certain issues that may impact on others - such as loud music; barking dogs; smoking; leaving rubbish in common areas; using bins other than their own; having internal repairs carried out etc. In order to make the Strata a peaceful environment for all occupants, we are happy to work closely with the Council of Owners to devise By-Laws that properly reflect the lifestyle that the owners of the Strata would like. Further, we undertake to ensure that all property managers and tenants are kept appraised of any changes in the By-Laws, and provided with a copy so that there can never be any misunderstanding or claim of ignorance.
