Accounting Structure & Reporting Systems

                        Jodoko Strata Management uses a Strata software system "Stratafy".  We have an excellent working 
                        knowledge of this system which allows us to:

                        - Keep full details of all owners, property agents and tenants;
                        - Calculate, print/email levy notices the month before they fall due;
                        - Raise work orders and keep a log of all repairs and maintenance that is conducted on the common areas;
                        - Prepare all AGM Agendas and Minutes, including financial documentation;
                        - Make insurance claims on behalf of owners;
                        - Schedule AGM, EGM and COO meetings.
                        
                        We are able to easily provide any information sought by the Council of Owners at any time, and 
                        endeavour to attend to all requests for printed or emailed information within 24 hours.  Executive 
                        committee members have ready access to more detailed documentation to assist them with the 
                        decision-making process at Council of Owner meetings, and other community purposes.
