Jo Douglas-Koot is the Director and Senior Strata Manager for Jodoko Strata Management.
Jo entered the Real Estate Industry in 2015, and has held positions of Property Manager,
Sales Representative, Business Development Manager and Strata Manager since this time.
Prior to 2015, Jo had a long and successful career with the Australian Commonwealth
Government, holding various positions at executive level in both National and State
departments. At the height of her career, Jo held an acting role as National Operations
Manager for the Cash Economy, and later the National Workflow Manager. At this time, she
managed over 500 staff, including 22 team leaders nationally.
In addition to qualifications in Criminology and Justice, Jo holds qualifications in Finance
and Mortgage Broking, Real Estate sales, Property Management and Strata Management, and in
2018 decided to introduce her own boutique Strata Management business.
Jodoko Strata Management is based in Quinns Rocks, and centres attention on those Strata
complexes north of the river, mainly in the northern coastal corridor. As a boutique agency,
Jodoko Strata Management has a hands-on and personal approach to Strata Management.
Jo endeavours to provide a professional and timely service, in a friendly manner, delivering a
positive experience to all who come into contact with Jodoko Strata Management. Jo is passionate
about positive communication being the most effective way to resolve most issues, and uses her
well-honed conflict resolution skills to achieve a harmonious living/working environment
for every Strata.
